specific as to "cause." According to webmasters with whom we've talked, YAHOO has "real people" who sit around all day and check web sites for content. Americans, arm yourselves regardless of how you have to do it in your state. Stock your ammunition in Los Angeles. Buy your long guns in New York, Maryland and Massachusetts! Keep your 50 caliber rifles in California. Carry your weapons for your self protection in these times of terrorism. Just remember, YOU are now a terrorist if you are a Consitutionalist, a church goer, or even a home schooling family.
Governments, local, state and national, are ignoring the Constitution and implementing the UN mandates or the NWO objective of disarmament, with the goal of making One World Government a living breathing entity, supported by Atty. Gn'l Ashcroft and President Bush.
Then, as Thomas Jefferson proclaimed, put yourself on record with your local, state and national legislators that you are PREPARED for whatever approach they take toward your firearms. It is your responsibility to WARN them that you are prepared for, but dreading, the WORST.
There is a TYRANNY in America and it is COMPLETE. All parts are in place for deliberate systematic disarming of the NATION!!
The goal has been accomplished: destroy the sovereignty of the people, remove their understanding of their sovereign rights, and meld them, defenseless right to the individual, into a one world government system. The only matter to be resolved is whether that system will be UN dominated, Chinese Communist, EU/NWO, ie: the "flavor" of NWO.

The 4th week in April, 2001 saw the United States Supreme Court dismantle the 4th Amendment, allowing law enforcement to arrest whomever they will without a warrant. Simultaneously the United Nations launched a
full fledged campaign to disarm America, backed by the
forces in our Congress and legislatures who will use the term "gun show" to apply to anyone showing another person a fire-arm for sale, regardless of whether it is a private sale. The first week in May saw the Violence Policy Center kick off an attack on shooting ranges. "People who transport handguns in their trunk without a concealed weapons permit can be
prosecuted," Michigan Court of Appeals judges have ruled. Los Angeles attempted to make the sales of ammunition impossible on county properties, and attempted to control access to reloading supplies. Simultaneously Connecticut has ruled against certain types of ammunition. The "Doctors Against Handgun Injury" group has welded the AMA and other medical groups into a liason that will join a number of
local, state and national agencies in the totalitarian (NAZI, COMMUNIST, FASCIST) technique of spying on and reporting firearms onwers.
Rick Stanley has been sentenced for carrying a firearm in public in direct opposition to his State Constitutional rights. He was also punished for legally approaching the law, just as a woman in Washington DC was put in jail for attempting to assert her right to communicate with Hillary Clinton and Congress.
Americans are now reporting one another for anything that appears
anti-social and the reported are being detained and their firearms
confiscated. For one such example see David v. Goliath regarding the Smith case.
First Tampa, then Virginia Beach, Denver, Palm Springs, and now Chicago (under it's dynastic mayoral system), has attempted to use face recognition to catch people (has anyone given ANY thought to the beta testing that has already been accomplished with face recognition cameras on the street?). The BATF is closing down patriotic web sites (chopping down the Liberty Tree) and confiscating their firearms on misdemeanor charges. The appellate court tossed out the unalienable portion of the Emerson Case, and the NRA has sided with the government in support of existing unconstitutional and ex-post facto laws.
Most egregiously, the Supreme Court upheld the incredibly bad decision in the Silveira-Lockyer matter.
A bill is now passing quietly through Congress that contains all the boilerplate necessary for the federal ID cards we have seen previously used in Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union and other dictatorships.
Now with the occasion of the travesty of September 11, the Federal government has assumed Draconian Controls over the American people, all of whom we feel they consider their enemy, and created Mr. Bush's "Homeland Security Office." If you are interested in the immensity of that spectre, take a look at other "Homeland Security" organizations that have been in existance just in the last 100 years:
Americans are being searched without warrant and held without
the prompt trial assured them by the Constitution.
Americans are being found quilty of lying to federal officials while not under oath as John Kerry's sedition before Congress, under oath, was given a pass.
Let's make a list of things that have been attempted or accomplished in various places in the nation, inciting the notions to spread across the nations governments like bacteria in a Petri dish:
- You can't get ammo, or afford the taxes placed on it.
- We're eliminating your ability to get replacement parts for your firearms.
- You can't reload your ammunition, or find transports who will handle your supplies.
- You can't transport your firearms in your autos.
- You can't find a range anyway.
- You can't inherit, sell or give it away.
- You can't show it off.
- We can search for it without warrant.
- Our spies are looking for it (Doctors, street surveillance cameras, etc.)
- You can't talk about the government, or your fears and suspicions of it, on the internet.
- We're uniting our antigun organizations and supporting the world effort to confiscate yours.
- We're trying to confiscate all your military firearms and DEWAT them.
- We're teaching millions of people to hate and fear you
These are the methods that will be used to enforce the elimination of private gun ownership in America!! Good list, isn't it

This Nation's people are completely comfortable with the creation of Ex-Post Facto Law, referred to by the Famous British 18th Century lawyer Blackstone as the warning of a Tyranny.
State and local governments have joined the Federal Government in writing laws to disarm the public, by creation of not only UnConstitutional law, but Ex-Post Facto law, disregarding the protections guaranteed the citizenry by the Bill of Rights. reader to our "Benedict Arnold Award," given in 2001 to the
Governor of California, Grey Davis, for his dedication to the
totally UNAmerican licensing of firearms owners he signed in the

One state is attempting to enact law to confiscate firearms from

Taking a stand now means writing these sentiments to your local
newspapers, and all your legislators, regardless of the reactions
you receive. It has to be done NOW as has been done by those few
of us of the North Caucus, in a number of states. It has to be done
en masse on the Internet, our New and fantastic Liberty Tree.
The North Caucus has already been threatened by a number of legislators
for sounding "threatening" in our discourses with them. We have been
approached by State Police, and exonerated, because we are oft quoting

A Grim Future Looms Over The Republic:
The Image above, showing common citizens fighting British Redcoats,

of Lexington and Concord) should serve as a very SOMBER reminder of the
only avenue left Americans in the TYRANNY now completed, should
the Administrations, Congress, State Legislatures, Municipal governments, schools, and media continue to cement the path of the UN/Chi-Com folks.
The mural depicts Colonial officers WITH their men, fighting the government armies trying to take their firearms. In the distance the government soldiers are shown attacking the Colonial snipers and homeowners who were resisting the gun confiscation.
There WILL be a fight over this matter because all viable Constitutional avenues to stop the efforts of the UN/CHI-COM disarm-America process will have been eliminated when Campaign Finance Reform eliminates the First Amendment avenue to our Congress.

You really should take a few minutes and read his work. You will discover that there are attornies who are still Constitutionalists.
