Certainly we don't need to "count maggots," (quoting Dieter Dahmen - author of our page Sovereignty) because there are tens of thousands of ex-post facto laws in place. We were warned about ex-post facto laws, but we ignored the warnings. Now we have a tyranny instead of a "Great Republic."

The year was 2001, Grey Davis began what "Ahnold" has continued. A Rabbi lamented publicly:

VOCAL, IN YOUR FACE CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE!!!

If three million, five million, ten million, refuse to comply, and go on record as so doing, where will they begin to prosecute?

It is a total waste of time for the GOA, JPFO, RKBA, CCOPS, or anyone else to pool their resourses for the legal defense of thousands who will have refused to comply with the law. The NRA is a total waste anyway because it is a Socialist Organization. But,

  BUT:

THE GOVERNMENTS MUST BE WARNED FIRST, IN WRITING, that their laws are deliberately going to be ignored. They need to be warned that there will be civil disobedience to whatever degree is necessary to keep them from prosecuting their illegal warrants.

OR ELSE, you might as well each march down to your local parks, humbly deposit your firearms on a giant pile, bow your heads before the local constabulary, and wait to be given your national ID card.

Our "OR ELSE???"

We of the North Caucus have been warning Congress, Legislatures, the Executive branches, and the media, for several years that we will NOT obey any unconstitutional laws that impede our ownership of our firearms or the ability to reload our ammunition. Now we include in that any attempt to confiscate our properties (which, of course, would include our guns). When the organization still existed, the "Citizens of America" joined us in this matter with great zeal. We know, since a number of that group attend the North Caucus, that their essays are still "their word."

It would behoove our readers to read an article, and join in at least one specific activity. The article for you to read, paralleling our repeated warnings to legislatures across this nation, is one by Brian Puckett, formerly of COA:

Brian wrote that letter long before the latest ex-post facto legislation that includes making 50 caliber rifles illegal. Have YOU taken that stand and written that letter?

Several years ago, the NCA encouraged the activity of the collection of petitions to Atty. Gn'l Ashcroft demanding that he come to the immediate aid of those Americans who were being subjected to tyranny in the matter of thousands of illegal gun control laws. The NRA refused to take part in that activity. Petitions of this form are commended by the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, but are a waste of time with the "Black Robes" doing all the legislating in this nation. John Wolfgram long since lamented the loss of the right to petition.

That leaves

CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE!!

The Minuteman movement along the borders of this nation has proven that Civil Disobedience works. They did not HESITATE to notify the authorities, nor did they hold back in an effort to "stay off lists."

Remember the Soviet Union and the way Stalin and his successors lived while the people lived in abject poverty. This New World Order that is hovering over us will pale the Soviet Union by comparison.
