In the beginning, there was a Republic!! The people were "Sovereign." The jury decided the validity of law!! The people were armed to protect themselves from govermental tyranny at all levels!! To destroy that Republic, the tyrants had to:
- Install and instill sovereign immunity.
- Remove jury nullification.
- Remove the 2nd Amendment.
- Remove the 4th amendment so guns and other property can be seized.
- Destroy proper locally controlled constitutional education and replace it with government education.
- Destroy morality and civility by removing "faith" from the people.
- Replace the Republic with a Democracy.
- The warning to governments at all levels that there are hundreds of thousands of people who will resist tyranny!
- Encouraging appropriate Civil Disobedience where the Constitution is being ignored.
- Educating the people about their Sovereign rights, how they were removed and how to properly prepare themselves for any confrontation, be it in the courts or on their properties.
- Reminding the people that there are people in all walks of life, including lawyers, who are dedicated to the restoration of the Republic.
- Illuminating the fact that there is still faith in this nation.
- Reminding the people that the Declaration of Independence is a declaration in the sense of covenanting with the Creator of the Republic, and this Declaration will not just "go away" because some tyrants do not like it.

Ben Franklin was not the only one to question how long the Grand Republic would endure. Thomas Jefferson laid down a prediction in 1784 that should send chills down our spines for its accuracy:

There are several groups in America who support the Republic as it was once designed. These groups are intractible in their campaigns against the Anti-Constitutionalists who would deprive us of the Bill of Rights. We'd like to encourage the reader to consider joining their causes, so we made their banners into Active Links that you might want to pursue.
The foremost of those groups, in our estimation, is the "Minuteman Project" that is being executed on our borders. It is paramount that the reader realize that this activity has caused the "Collective/Borg/Hive/Lizard Mind," our government, to back down. We have an indication that Civil Disobedience, properly mounted, will cause our paranoid government to back down!!

It is our pleasure to recommend a wonderful site for anyone who wishes to study any part of the documentation of the founding of our nation. Information is prepared in all formats for downloading, and the quantity is absolutely mind-boggling. Home schoolers should go there, as should any inquiring minds who are trying to find out the TRUTH about the Founding Documents and historical documents of this nation. We can not say enough about the work Jon Roland has done on this site. In the cover article of the July 3, 2005, Parade magazine, page 4, the inset photo invites readers to read the Declaration of Independence at www.constitution.org/usdeclar.htm (although it splits "us" and "declar" across a line break, so people will have to figure out how to put it together).
