You've decided to be transparent. You carry a cell phone. Did you know that your cell phone can be tracked, triangulated if you will, even when it is OFF? Foiled again? There may be two ways to stop that. You could try to find a cell phone that was made prior the the installation of GPS on the phone's chip (which would make it very difficult to get a phone service compatable), or, you could find a steel or iron container, put foam in it to protect the device, and carry it about that way.
But, when you turn it on - you are instantly located. Someone might be toying with a cover where the phone signal would only go to one "cell," and only horizontal, keeping it from being located by GPS. We will study this and report back.
Or - you might just opt to buy disposable cell-phone. Remember, though,
pay cash.
