BEEPERS/CELLS/PAGERS = TRACKERS
As you are aware, the government wants all of us to be avialable by Cell, beeper, pager also known as Wi-Fi.
I hope you read today's news about how paranoid the tyranny is about these same "Wi-Fi" (wireless communications). "The Department of Homeland Security sees wireless networking technology as a terrorist threat.
Lo and behold, there is a problem. If the system is a "terrorist tool," then we have no alternative but to regulate it, and monitor all the transmissions, DON'T WE!!
His name is Chet McWhorter. He is one of the longest members of the NCA, and our resident expert on all the machinery of the NWO. He has extensive military electronics training. I can testify to all of what he has written here because I used to do the work of a First Class Radio Telegraph specialist, and have personally worked with devices that were turned on and off by reeds. At that time, in the late 60's, they were made by General Electric, amongst others, and called by such names as "Porta-Mobile," etc. They were 2-way radio-telephone tranceivers, the very infancy of transistorized wireless communications. This following is from and by me, Chet.
Many years ago, in a galaxy far far away, I was working for the US Army Comm & Elect Eng & Instln Agcy-CONUS, located at Ft Ritchie, Maryland.
I was the chief of the Data Terminal Branch of the Quality Assurance and Test Division. This included each and every type of communications
discipline/equipment used by any Govt Agency except for RF and
Inside/outside telephone plant. It was our job to review all Engineering plans and Installation Instructions for a project before it went to the Installation Division for installation.
I received the engineered plans (EIP) for an RF (not my dept, but they
thought that I and my folks did not know anything about radio systems)
program sponsored by what was then the DCPA (Defense Civil (Defense)
Preparedness Agency), the agency that later became FEMA.
This system was destined to become a nation wide early warning radio system which the US Federal Government was going to Engineer, Furnish and Install (EF&I), a radio and antenna on every home, apartment, or other type of dwelling in the entire country. It was stated that this system was to allow the receipt of any type of impending or actual disaster, such as Weather (WX), or other danger, by the occupants of the dwellings.
When I went over the schematics of the actual radio equipment and antenna installation, I could not believe what I saw. I called in a very good friend, an associate in my branch and asked him to look at the schematics intently and tell me what he saw that did not fit the stated purpose of the project. This project was to become an additional part of the CDNARS (Civil Defense National Radio System) when it was completed.
After he, let's call him Frank, looked at the entire of drawings he came back and asked me just what in the heck was that frequency sensitive reed relay doing in that type of radio wired in the way it was! We both agreed that the radio could become a transmitter when it was hit with an RF signal transmitted from any source, a car, pedestrian, whatever, and would then pick up and transmit everything audible within the hearing range of the speaker which has now become a microphone.
Well, Frank and I took the entire package to our local IN&S ( Intell & Sec) group for verification, and then I took it back to the enginering division and documented my objections to that type of system. They did not like it all. The project was taken from us, I wase reprimanded in writing on some stupid charges including insubordination, and the project died on the vine at that time.
Now it is back. The Federal Government wants to "give" us all free
beepers (transcievers)................... Beware.................Chet.

Mobile (Cell) phones send signals that can be tracked, even when they're on standby, to within 2.5 metres of their location! (This includes digital beepers, and every other "radio" transmitter/receivers.)
I know they poll intermittently to detect the nearest tower. Doesn't take any battery power to go on line for 10 milliseconds then shut off and that is invisible to the user. This also pinpoints your position relative to other towers. As you leave an area covered by certain towers you will enter areas or cells covered by other towers and they need to know you are there.
This is how the fellow who was bombing the rural mail boxes was caught. He called his dad from his cell phone, left it on, laying on the seat of the car he was driving, and the feds with help from the state and county cops had him pinpointed to within 3.9 meters, on the interstate, as he moved, in just a couple of hours, and surrounded him while moving from cell tower to cell tower.....!!!.
Locating systems on cars/truck & other vehicles such as "On Star" also work the same way using satellites by triangulation. The capabilities of satellite systems stagger the imagination.
When one considers that a cell phone on standby has to "tell" the cell that it's in, that it is there, and waiting for an incoming call, coupled with the capability for two or more cell sites to triangulate on a ESN (Electronic Serial Number) to determine bearing and range and it's no surprise that a very good position can be determined for either an active cell phone or one that's "on hook" or standby. Of equal interest is that the avid electronics hobbyist with a modest investment in off-the-shelf Motorola Communications Test and Diagnostic equipment can easily determine what cell phones are in his immediate area, hit them with a coded command string which will activate them into the "off-hook" or transmit condition and convert them to an "open mike" and, depending on the model, deactivate the display so the owner cannot tell that he is live and on the air. AND monitor the transmit audio to listen in on any conversations in the immediate area of the cell phone so activated.
[ NOTE: I was trained, years ago, at Vint Hill Farms, Warrenton,
Virginia, by the U. S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) to do all of the above, and much more, to various phone and radio systems before the advent of cell phones. I could super-impose an RF signal on the telephone line that would "jump" or "short" out the hook switch on the phone effectively creating an off-hook condition and all conversations in the vicinity of the 'phone could be monitored without even the owner/local person knowing that they were being monitored.
This was just one of the many disciplines taught to me in communications security and intercept by those clever folks. Chet McWhorter Sr. ]
