I don't think so. Basically, it would be very difficult to get that
many cops to all stick to the same lie, if this was a total setup. When a car chase happens over 12 miles, there's the dispatchers involved, and every cop in the county hears the radio traffic.
There's also the matter of a dead cop shot in the butt with a 7.62x25
Tokarev round. Note that the Czech subgun ammo the CZ52 was designed
for involves an 85 grain FMJ doing approximately 1,700fps from the CZ52's 5" barrel. This is exactly the sort of round that would do the results described - the round bounced off of his pelvic bone, went up, and tore through four or five organs including the spleen, heart and at least one lung. Typical police ammo, being heavier, would have had the momentum to break the pelvis unless they were still using 9mm 115grain +P+ or something.

The tragedy of this matter is manifold. We have a dead policeman
who was just doing his job with a traffic violation. He is survived by an extended family who now has to deal with his loss, and is probably very angry at GUN OWNERS, wouldn't you say? This man
