American Flag flying upside down as signal of DISTRESS

THERE CAN BE NO LIBERTY!!!

Montesquieu wrote:

"There can be no liberty where the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or body of magistrates."

Let's examine the depth to which this problem is exemplified in the Republic, namely the ACLU!

The ACLU is composed of Lawyers whose motivation has been presented to the public, via some good "protection" of the people against unconstitutional activites, as 'protectors of the Constitution.' The smoke of their Constitutional activities has covered their wholesale destruction of the FABRIC of the Republic, namely it's MORALITY, CIVILITY, and RELIGIOUS foundations.

Let's consider, once again:
  1. The ACLU is composed of lawyers.
  2. The Congress is composed of lawyers.
  3. The White House is full of lawyers.
  4. Courts are composed of lawyers.
  5. State Legislatures are heavily loaded with lawyers.
  6. The FBI requires Law degrees as one of its four agent candidate programs. [The law degree is now "desired." We can no longer find "required." - Ed. 5/31/05]

Ergo. THERE CAN BE NO LIBERTY!

How to begin to repair this grevious situation? Make an amendment to the Constitution preventing LAWYERS from holding legislative and executive offices. PERIOD.

Probability of such a move? Consider "Doctor heal thyself," and consider #2 above.

If you are unsure of the evil intentions of the ACLU, Rick Blume of SemperLiber.Org and the NCA has directed us to a truly DAMNING site that exposes the true intent of this ENEMY of America. It includes the founder's quotation:

The ACLU was established in 1920. Its co-founder Roger Baldwin candidly stated, "I am for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately, for abolishing the state itself as an instrument of violence and compulsion. I seek social ownership of property, the abolition of the properties class, and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. It all sums up into one single purpose -- the abolition of dog-eat-dog under which we live. I don't regret being part of the communist tactic . I knew what I was doing. I was not an innocent liberal. I wanted what the communists wanted and I traveled the United Front road to get it."

EVERY STUDENT SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO READ THAT STATEMENT!!!
